Shipping is free for all orders over 900 € with delivery in Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria and over 2.200 € with delivery in all other EU countries.

In cases of large dimension/ chunky, non-standard orders and for specific products, it is possible to charge an extra shipping cost. The extra fee will be communicated before finalising the order.

For products considered bulky and dedicated deliveries, shipping methods can be agreed directly with Customer Care, who will provide details on delivery, costs and times. Any requests for special deliveries and assembly by specialised personnel can be agreed and quoted if necessary.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and never include the assembly of furniture, lighting, or other products.

The delivery service is considered in front at your address.

Shipping costs and times are calculated on the basis of the weight and volume of the product chosen.

Inside the cart, after adding the product(s) and entering the shipping location, you can see the price and delivery times



The website should automatically recognise the Country from which you are connecting.

At this moment, we are able to deliver only in EU countries.

It is possible to change the Country of delivery by clicking on the link to the country change.

Orders made from a Country site different from the one you are shipping to, or to addresses to which our courier cannot ship (P.O. Boxes, General Delivery, Poste Restante, or outside of EU), will be automatically cancelled.



You may track the delivery of your order by using the Tracking Number provided by the courier.

You will find the Tracking Number for your order either in My Order or in the shipping confirmation email.

Registered users can also check the status of their orders in My Account.

The courier delivers from Monday to Friday during office hours and you cannot pre-book delivery times. The courier will make one delivery attempt to the shipping address indicated while placing the order. Should this not be possible the parcel will be delivered to the nearest Courier Access Point.

All orders placed during the current day after 12pm GMT for in-stock items will be processed the next working day.

The delivery time of your order depends on the type and availability of the items you have selected. On each product page , as well as on the order checkout page, you can find an estimated delivery time.


“In stock” the marked products are available in the warehouse, which means that your order will be processed within 24- 48 h and shipped the next day

“Made to orders”- with features decided by our clients (upholstery, colors, finishing). We will place a special order to the manufacturer as soon as we receive your order/ payment. On the product page, you can find the estimated number of weeks until the order will be delivered to you. Please note that delivery times are determined by manufacturer production periods as well as orders in line and therefore are subject to change, we do our best to notify you via email in case of any change..

In case your order has items with different delivery times, most probably a single shipment will be made. The lead time will be indicated on the checkout page before you make the payment.

In case you need a product that is already in stock, we recommend you to place separate orders, by grouping products with similar delivery times.

For orders that require special care during transportation, delivery times may vary from the indicated standard times. We will ensure the best possible service and activate a direct line between you and the courier who will deliver your order.

Although we are committed to be within the boundaries of the estimated delivery times indicated on our website, sometimes unpredictable events may appear during production or delivery. We will do our best to notify you promptly.

Please make sure you check and measure access doors so as not to have any difficulties when receiving your order.

What should I check upon delivery of my order?

We recommend that you always carefully verify the following:

1. The number of delivered packages is according to the delivery note.

2. The packaging is intact and that the content is not damaged. In case you observe anything out of ordinary, write "Accepted, subject to checking" on the carrier's delivery note before signing.


Sometimes, despite all our care, damage may occur, in which case we recommend signing the delivery note mentioning the damage and to get in contact with our customer service as soon as possible.

To help us solve your problem, we ask you to send us digital photos of the damage by email stating your invoice/ order number. This way, we can file a detailed damage report to the insurance company. We have the possibility to claim damages only for a very limited time, so we ask you for your cooperation. After 24-48 hours, we will no longer be able to accept neither complaints nor reports of irregularities resulting from transport.

Please note: all our international orders are shipped according to the Incoterms® 2020 standards and typically travel by the Delivered At Place (DAP) term.
